I would kick the tires, crank it up and take a look in the horse's mouth. A research copyright clause deeded to me would be necessary before accepting "anyone's" research. No copyright, no $.$$ The last time I saw a lengthy response as yours, was my son's 1st legal brief. Impressive, all the pertinent points were well covered. (By the way, the Judge told my son, "All I wanted was a simple yes or no." He won his 1st case though.)
