    3. Jackie: I am very interested in your connection to Felix W. Thomas. What time frame are you talking about? I have reached a dead end on my Thomas line with JAMES M. (Marion?) THOMAS. He was b ca 1818 in NC, d 7 Nov 1853 at French Camp MS, marr on 2 Oct 1939 in Carrol Co MS, Nancy Ann Townsend, b ca 1820 NC, d 19 Feb 1853 (probably in childbirth, son James Townsend Thomas was b on 19 Feb1853) at French Camp MS. Both buried there. All my information came from the Bible of Irene Thomas Nunn (their dau, which I copied from the Bible personally). Their children were: Sarah Ann; Irene; Felix G (could be W?) b ca 1845 (in some census records he was also shown as Phillip); William Patrick (b 9 Jan 1847 d 8 Nov 1920); Alonzo William ; Marion E (b ca 1849 --Male--shown on census, no other info); James Townsend ( my g-grandfather) and Bell (possiblely--shown on census but she and Marion E very doubtful according to all info I can find). This family was in the Berea--French Camp area of Attala County. Many of their descendants are still in this general area. If you are interested I will share anything I have. Also interested in your Harveys. My g-aunt (Melissa Peeler) married Harvey and lived in the Peeler's Mill area of Attala County. My e-mail in [email protected] would like to hear from you.
