Sometimes people will only reply to the person they are sending to without sending to the list group. Others try to include the list group address to insure that all receive the message (we try our best but slip some times). There may be other reasons, but this is the most common one I have found in the different list groups I am in and try when noticed, I try to resend the messages I receive back to the group for all to share. Never know who you may find by doing so. Hope this helps. The moderator of this group may have another answer as well. I received not one of those posted in this e-mail until now and they date back to July 5. This is not the first time this has happened. It does appear that if I received this one, I should have received them earlier. I don't understand it. Can someone tell me? Mozelle P. Thanks, Robert. I know that sometimes happens, but these e-mails on this page you are reading now are all addressed to the List. Maybe Everett can explain it to me so I can understand it. I got your email today but none of the others included in your post Mozelle. I thought the list was just slow. It's strange that posts would come through today and not earlier this month. Especially considering there is a new virus that played havac today with parts of Yahoo and Google search engines. Jackie Mozelle Chason wrote: > Thanks, Robert. I added a couple of Hotmail addresses just to see if it received all of [email protected] msgs, and it's a hit and miss with them also. The Hot mail addresses I used were with MSN and Yahoo, which don't normally don't have e-mail receiving failures unless there's trouble with the receiver's address. I ensured that my E-mail and Spy Blocks were disabled at the time. May be there is a computer duty expert in our mist that can enlightened this novice also. I usually monitor Attala County, Mississippi - MSGenWeb, Genealogy msg archives during the slack periods to ensure that I haven't missed a posting or a followup reply. Doug
