    3. I believe is I'm not mistaken the file cabinets were for the Chancery Clerks Office to perserve older records in. The board also say they would look into building cubicles to store those in the attic. That is the last I have heard about it. Someone needs to find out what is going on with them.     3. Yes, on closer inspection, the file cabinets were purchased for the Chancery Court. The issue of building cabinets to store the Court House records was left for future review and discussion. If nothing has happened, it might be time that the Supervisors got another wake up call. Since I do not reside in Attala County, I have no way of knowing the current status of the records unless someone checks it out and advises us.
