Hi Jackie, Personally, I would prefer that Roll Calls not be conducted on the list. It is the reason that I created the Roll Call Listing on the web site. By placing the roll call listing on the web site, the surnames being researched are available to anyone whether they are a mail list subscriber or not. And, it is available to new subscribers that join after the list roll call was conducted. However, that said; I consider the list to be for the benefit of the list subscribers and as long as we don't stray too far off topic, I am inclined to allow the list subscribers to do pretty much what they wish. Had only a few subscribers participated in the Roll Call, it would have died a natural death. But, apparently, a sufficient number of subscribers were willing to post their surnames of interest and therefore my position is to let well enough alone and let the Roll Call run it's course. But, thanks for asking.
