Just a note in reference to the subject cemetery. The current land owner has installed two gates and barbwire fences across the road that leads to the cemetery. Several head of cows (About 30.) that are in a family way are being kept within these pastures. I understand the Attala County Road Dept. no longer maintain the access road, and it's primarily used for pulpwood truckers. I did not see any keep out signs. There are two hazards that were noted: 1. Cows during the calving season are protective of their young and they will charge you. 2. The creek bridge just before the cemetery is unsafe for car passage due to several broken and decayed wooden planking. Does anyone know one's legal rights as to right-of-way access to their family cemetery(s) in MS, particularly in Attala County. Thank you, Doug. Cummins .
