December 12, 2005 - Ten photographs taken in the Kosciusko City Cemetery have been posted to the 'Churches and Cemetery' section of the Attala County MSGenWeb site. Additionally, a photograph of the tombstone of Laura V. Mitchell Kelly, wife of C. Clay Kelly, has also been added along with background information on the statue that adorns the stone and includes some genealogical information on the Kelly family. There is a story going around that a statue in the cemetery weeps tears and that on her wedding anniversary, a rose appears clutched in her hand. It is not known if this is the stone referred to or not.
