Karen Brown, Hattiesburg, (Kelly Settlement) MS Oh and by the way, I am loving the history lessons. I live on Monroe Road with only at field separating my husband, Steven Brown, and myself from the Dahmers. I had just searched for history of Kelly Settlement. I only knew that Mr. Kelly had given some of his land to his African American childres. These posts have really enlightened me. Thanks to all!!
