Hi Melvin:  Good to meet you!  I am researching Glascow (sic) Hunter, who was not found in 1870, but had a labor contract with Emily Thorn in Scott Co, MS in 1865.  He was on the 1880 census with his family.  His wife was Susan Macklin (Mackley, McKley, sic). I am also researching Sara Lasseter (Lassiter,sic), who married William Davis in 1870's. In Jackson Co, MS, I am researching the Edwards' in Moss Point, Jackson Co, MS.
