He was born March 27, 1951, in Greenwood, Mississippi, (LeFlore County) the son of Ernest and Mary Frances Bush Moore Sr., residing in this area for 55 years. Mr. Moore was employed with General Motors Lordstown, Ohio for 40 years as a Material Handler. He was a 1970 graduate of Warren Western Reserve High School, where he placed second in the state in wrestling. He was a member of the Second Baptist Church, Louis Mitchell Elks No. 222, NAACP Life Member, March Club, A. Phillip Randolph International Locals 1714 and 1112 and formerly of King Solomon Lodge No. 57. He also enjoyed sports, fishing, Cleveland Browns Booster, coached the Little Browns and ran for Warren, Ohio Mayor in 1971. He leaves to mourn, his wife, Margaret V. Vaughns Moore of Warren, Ohio; four sons, Brian A. Moore of Warren, Jack Moore Jr. of Youngstown, Ohio, Justin L. Butler of Columbus, Ohio and James A. Moore of Warren; four daughters, Charmaine E. Brown, Margaret K. Moore, Jack'ee N. Moore, and Yanessa Moore, all of Warren, Ohio; five brothers, Joe Eddie Lee (Constance) Moore Sr. of Warren, Ernest (Lyndean) Moore Jr. of Los Angeles, Albert L. (Jacqueline) Moore Sr., William Earl Moore and Frederick A. Moore Sr., all of Warren; two sisters, Mrs. Juanita M. (David) Coleman and Ms. Helen Andrews, both of Warren; nine grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and a host of relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by one stepson, Derrick R. Stanford; two sisters, Louella White and Earnesteen Hurt; and two brothers, Sherman Moore and Harry James Moore. Funeral services will be held Saturday, Oct. 30, 2010, at 11 a.m. at the Greater Apostolic Faith Church. Calling hours will be today, Oct. 29, 2010, at the Sterling-McCullough Williams Funeral Chapel from 5 to 7 p.m. Burial will be at Pineview Memorial Park Cemetery.
