I know that my grandmother's maiden name was Simmons according to her marriage license. I found what appears to be my grandmother's family on the 1880's census records,however, Addie's name doesn't appear. I was thinking that perhaps she had left home already. I was always told that my grandmother's name was Walker, but her marriage license says something else. I don't find an Addie Walker either.
