Hi – I’m looking for info on my ancestors NELSON and RACHEL McINNIS from Covington County [especially Nelson].  38 yr. old Nelson appears only in one census - 1880.    He also gets a land certificate in 1897.  These are the only 2 items I’ve found connected to him.  Rachel is a widow in later censuses.  Her maiden name is Gruby.  Any info on the two’s early years will be greatly appreciated.
