Ms. Cooper was born Dec. 9, 1946, in Bay St. Louis, Mississippi, a daughter of Arthur and Deloris Fairconeture Cooper. She was a graduate of The Rayen School, Youngstown, Ohio. She leaves to cherish her memory, a brother, Otha (Wanda) Cooper of Youngstown, OH; two sisters, Jewel Cooper of Youngstown and Patricia Cooper of Texas; one grandson, Raymond A. Cooper Jr.; a granddaughter, Brandee Buckley; and a host of family and friends. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Arthur Cooper and one sister, Carolyn Cooper Ritchie.
