We have been fortunate to find alot, not ALL in the MS death index ... or in area cemeteries. It can be a "hit or miss" in the early years of 1912-1920. Name variations play a big part. We have a grave stone listing June 1925 as death, but have since found out death was August 1925 - finally found original death cert after x3 attempts - as MS Archives. -August 1925 obituary listed her last name -same as former prominent employer (as her last name)-50yrs previous. -beloved dau-inlaw paid for a stone 20yrs later with death of husband, --listed wrong month, perhaps original site was damaged due to hurrican/floods/or made of wood.? It can be tough, sometimes possible to find. Good Luck Ghita Important Note: The author of this message may not be subscribed to this list.
