Jettie84:  Have you checked Ancestry library edition for Mississippi Deaths and marriages at your library? The St. Louis Genealogy Society has Marriage and Death records for MS. on microfilm. They give the name, county, race, death cert. #, and year of death starting in 1912. Based on the death cert. # you should be able to order the certificate. There are also marriage records going back into the 1800s that use the soundex code system on microfilm at the STLGS.
