I have information about their children up and into 2006. What I am looking for is anyone who is a sibling of Dan Adams.In the Monroe Co Census there are Adams surnames that I have not been able to confirm as relatives with the exception of one. I am pretty sure ELLEN COX, living next door with husband ANDY is his sister because the Adams children in the household are listed as nephews. I am hoping to connect with anyone researching ADAMS or family members in Central Grove community. I am also hoping to find out who was the last slaveholder. I am leaning pretty strongly toward JOHN B COX, mainly because of his vast holdings of slaves in 1850/60. As yet I have no confirmed evidence. No tax records or inventory records have been located at this writing. My Adams lived in the Central Grove, Ms community for many years.
