Scroll down, and you'll find the CHARM Digital Collections. Click on that, scroll down until you hit "Collections." Click on "View a list of collections". A page with a list of the digital collections in the CHARM database will appear. Scroll down to the "W"s. Click on "Ward(Rufus)Collection". Apparently, the Billups had two residences in MS: Ashton Hall, and Billups Gate Plantation. The name is Thomas Carleton Billups (T.C) Billups, III.
