Hi Howard, I can only tell you when my grandparents and others were attending or teaching at Rust. Have you seen the manuscript history of the school? It has the names of a number of people and what they did. I will check my records and share with you what I know. The names of most are Strickland, Talbot, Martin, Morris, and a student of theirs, Prentiss Taylor. I also have a cousin whose mother and aunts attended and taught there. I will check with her about the Goldens. What are their dates? We believe that the bricks of the old buildings were made by Jack Herron whose wife was the oldest sister of my maternal grandmother.
