    1. Washington & Tolson/Falson Family
    2. Hi, I have very little on this line. According to Amelia Washington's death record her parents are Fred Washington and Nancy. In one record Nancy's last name is Falson (census record), another record shows it as Tolson. Nancy was probably born in Alabama. They had a child Amelia "Millie" Washington born Dec 1860/1868 in Alabama. She married lived most of her life in Jones Co, MS. She married Samuel Evans. Amelia died in 1926. Two other children (oral history) might be Harriet Washington and Fred Washington Ideas? Helpful suggestions are welcome. Thanks! Diane

Surnames: Stoutenberg/burg - Jones Classification: Query Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/rw/lIB.2ACE/634 Message Board Post: I've just tonight (yesss!!) discovered my grandmother with her first husband in the 1900 census of Coahama County, beat 5. I had no record of them together anywhere before this. I would appreciate a lookup for a marriage about 1897 for them. According to the census, they have been married 3 years. I have not located any marriage record for them in the home county of her husband (Clark County, Arkansas) which is where I found two later marriages and where she died. Her home is across the river in Chicot County, Arkansas. I did not find a marriage record there either, but have not searched the surrounding counties. I have assumed they married somewhere near her home of Hudspeth/Dermott, Chicot County, Arkansas. At least I have found them in the general vicinity. At last! toot
