Classification: Query Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/rw/HU2.2ACIB/162.1 Message Board Post: my great aunt, Theresa Albright (albrecht) married John Frederick Mayer in Illinois and moved to the Auburn, Nebr. area where they raised (at least) alfred, william, john and dora...foster daughter mrs warren briggs of fall city, nebr. according to John Frederick Mayer's obit presumeably published in auburn newspaper at time of his death in 1929; he was born in Necker-weihingen, wuertenburg, germany, sept 2, 1841 and came to usa in 1855(?) when 14 years old, according to the newsclip; it stated he had six grandchildren (no names)....inquiries to nemaha county have not resulted in any information; theresa died in/near auburn jan. 31, 1901 and he did not remarry....she born 1848,,,married Illinois (?) 1867
