I live in the same city with a National Archives. If they have new records, they have not announced it. What should I bug them with? btw, I also realize Moyers might be Myers in old records, but I know I read Moyers, when I extracted the census. As for slaves, it is near-national knowledge that the President's family (extended) had slaves. Some of the Lincolns owned very few. Only one I can find, had many but even they did not own the most in the county: I am new on this search. Thank you for help. What should I ask for at the archives? What are these new records called?
