TN. He was also father of my ancestor, Jacob. b. 1805 VA. ABSTRACTS OF REV. WAR PENSIONS FILES - p.2447. Moyers, Peter S1860, PA Line, sol was b in Dec 1752 in Berks Co. PA & he lived there at enl & he lived there some 5 yrs. after the Rev then moved to MD for 6 yrs then moved to Winchester VA for 22 or 23 years then lived in "other places" in VA for 3 years then moved to Lincoln Co. TN where he appl 23 Oct 1832. If he counted the war as being over in 1783, Peter was in MD from 1788 - 1794 when Samuel was born. Do you have any MD records in the above time frame for Peter?
