Alot of PHILIPS PHILLIPS but nothing on the surname you're looking for. I even glanced thru old records of PA and still nothing. Hmmmmm.. OH, VA or NC possibly. Many migrated in thru Florida, LA also. That's a thought. I just breezed thru Annals of Tazewell CO., VA and still nothing... I also just looked thru Annals of TN; Lost St of Franklin and Kings Mtn... still nothing. Sorry. Chrystie
