chrystie, i had several to come back because it said it could not carry the size. i do not understand because they were no larger than the rest that i had sent. can you tell me what to do and is there anywhere i could send them that could accept them. now the one of the fish and my did, one that i tried to send was 8 x 10 and this was the big fish (WEIGHED EITHER 109 OR 113) and i could understand it not getting through but the regular size kodak picture i will write you and tell you why it was returned. blessings, helen
