Speaking of Christian MYERS. I have found (as I stated in my last email) 3 lines stemming from the name Christian MYERS. 1 - Hans Christian MAYER from Ulm, Wurtemburg, German; they came in on the shores of PA. Some stayed, some migrated west into the OHIO Valley; from there it's anyone's guess. (Records show a tie with Baltimore MYERS) 2 - Christian MIER seen in tax, federal census and postal records in the Carroll and Frederick Counties area of MD with record holdings in Baltimore. The surname associated with this particular Christian has also been seen as MAHER and MOYER 3 - Christian MYERS - shows up in old KY and Greene Co., TN All three of the Christian MYERS had son's that carried their first name. As it appears to me, two of the Christian's were the son's of a Christian, too. It is clearly possible that they're one and the same "person" but it's just as probable that they're all different people. I'll be figuring this one out for eons to come. I'm not even going to mention the first name "Jacob" ;) Same senerio. -- Chrystie MYERS - ROOTSWEB.COM List Administrator - [email protected] BROOKOVER, COWGER, KRABAL, MOYERS, MYRES, SWECKER
