The William Henry Hulsey I speak of is William Henry Hulsey, Sr. born 11 Feb 1811, died 17 Aug 1894, married to Elizabeth V Horine 2 May 1833. I have copies of the marriage certificate and the index of Missouri Marriages to 1850. William Henry Hulsey, Jr., born 26 Feb 1852 in Washington, MO and died 5 Jun 1917, is the one who married the Blanton sisters.
