He was born on August 9, 1954 at Yellville, Arkansas, a son of the late Tyrus Cobb and Sarah Jean (Milner) Stewart. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Sadie and two brothers, Wade and John. Those who remain to mourn his passing are his wife, Stacy Stewart of Mineral Point; two sons, Jason Stewart of St. Charles and Michael Stewart of Mineral Point; two daughters, Roxy Rivard of St. Charles and Felisha Stewart of Mineral Point; one sister, Christina Cooper and husband Neil of Cedar Hill; seven grandchildren, nieces, nephews and many other relatives and friens who will sadly miss him. John was cremated and a Memorial Service will be held at a later date. Arrangements were under the direction of Britton Funeral Home of Potosi. Independent Journal, Potosi, MO, Thursday, May 26, 2005
