He is survived by his parents and five siblings; three sisters, Christina, Brianna and Lauren Smith, a brother Cody Smith, and Brandon's twin brother Christopher Smith, all of Richwoods; grandparents, Helen and Brad Smith, Richwoods; Lynette and Patrick O'Toole, DeSoto and Fred Mitchem, Overland, MO. Graveside services were held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, May 28, 2005 at the Horine Cemetery, Richwoods, with Pastor David Godat officiating.
