Lewis of Rolla, passed away Tuesday, October 25, at the age of 69. She was born in Cadet, Missouri September 16, 1936 to the late John and Mandy (Emily) Eckhoff. On November 28, 1959 she married Henry Lewis and they were blessed with two sons. Mrs. Lewis owned and operated along with her husband, Fabrics Unlimited and Lewis Upholstery for over 20 years. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by four brothers, Clifford (Red), Howard, Elmer (Mutt), and Earl Eckhoff and a sister, Ruth Emily. She will be sadly missed by her surviving family which includes her husband Henry, of the home; two sons, Tim Lewis and wife Donna, and Kevin and wife Sharon, all of Rolla; five grandchildren, Toby, Jody, Brian, John and Amy; three great-grandchidlren, Dakota, Chase and Ethan; one brother, Jerry Eckhoff and wife Virginia of Potosi; a sister, Martha Williams of Mineral Point; a sister-in-law, Faye Eckhoff of Mineral Point and a host of nieces, nephews, extended family and many dear friends. Funeral services were held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, October 28, 2005 at the Null & Son Funeral Home, Rolla. Interment followed in the Rolla City Cemetery. A visitation for family and friends was held from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. Thursday, October 27 at the funeral home. Memorial contributisons were suggested to the American Cancer Society.
