He was born June 3, 1925 in Cadet, Missouri, the son of the late Sylvester "Wes" and Mary (Roussin) Trokey. On November 29, 1947 he was united in marriage to Margaret Alma Allen, who survives at the home. In addition to his wife of 58 years, he will be sadly missed and lovingly rememberd by one son, Dan Trokey and his wife Carol of Fulton, Missouri; one daughter, Carol Warren and her husband Glenn of Hendersonville,Tennessee; five grandchildren, Glenn Warren II, Chris Warren and his wife Joy, Sarah Trokey, Rachel Trokey and Claire Trokey; two great grandchildren, Emma and Micah Warren; one sister, Mert Pashia; other relatives and many dear friends. In addition to his paents, five brothers, Williford, Raymond, Johnny, Lynn, Paul, and Winfield and two sisters, Alice and Virginia preceded him in death. Eddie served in the U.S. Army during World War II in the 3rd Army and participated in the battle at the Remagen Bridge, Rhine River, Germany. He worked as a tool and die maker for several manufacturing companies for many years before retiring. He was a member of the St. Peter Catholic Church, Tool and Die Union and Steelworkers Union. Eddie enjoyed being a grandfather, growing vegetables, rose gardens, caring for his horses and mules, enjoying Cardinals baseball and attending his grandchildren's sporting events. Mass of Christian Burial was held 11:00 a..m. Wednesday, October 26, 2005 at St. Peter Catholic Church, Fulton, MO, with Father Greg Olisgschlaeger officiating. Interment was at Hillcrest Cemetery.
