She was born March 25, 1917 at Belgrade, Missouri, a daughter of the late Arthur W. and Lenna L. (Puckett) McNabb. Loubelle was united in marriage to Rudolph C. Hochstatter September 10, 1955 and they enjoyed over 50 years of marriage together. Those who remain to mourn her passing are her husband, Rudolph C. Hochstatter of Caledonia; a sister, Ardath Yount of Belgrade; nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends who will sadly miss her. Funeral services were conducted at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, November 8, 2005 at the Britton Chapel, Potosi, with Rev. Leonard Compton officiating. Those honoring Loubelle as pallbearers were: Roger Yount, Paul Yount, Ryan Yount, Terry Yount, Brent McClain, Michael McClain, Larry Hochstatter and Jerry McClain. Interment and final prayers were held at the Caledonia Methodist Cemetery, Caledonia, Missouri. All arrangements were entrusted to the care of the Britton Funeral Home of Potosi.
