He departed this life Monday, October 24, 2005 at Parkland Health Center in Farmington, Missouri having reached the age of eighty-two years, two months and twenty days. Henry was united in marriage to Cecilia Stout November 3, 1942 in Leadington, Missouri and this union was blessed to have four sons. Henry is survived by his loving wife, Cecilia Casby of Belleview, Missouri; four sons, Wesley Earl and wife Hazel of Tulsa, Oklahoma; Clifford Leo and wife Pok Cha of Woodbridge, Virginia; Melvin Eugene of Woodbridge, Virginia and James Michael of Belleview, Missouri; a sister, Mary McCall and husband Joe of Dewey, Arizona; six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Henry was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, James Leon Casby; a sister, Erma Campbell and daughter-in-law, LouAnn Casby. Henry served his country in the Army of the United States and received an honorable discharge on August 7, 1943. He worked for McDonnell-Douglas as a welder and retired in 1983 after twenty-two years of service. Henry enjoyed going fishing, vegetable and flower gardening or anything that would grow. He also loved constructing things and writing poetry. Henry will be missed deeply by everyone he knew. Visitation was held Wednesday, October 26, 2005 from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. the Moore Funeral Home, Irondale, Missouri. Funeral services were held Thursday, October 27, 2005 at 1:00 p.m. at the Moore Memorial Chapel, Irondale, Missouri with Rev. Oscar Barton and Rev. Patrick Fitzgerald officiating. Serving as pallbearers were: Wesley Casby, Clifford Casby, Melvin Casby, James Casby, Michael Casby, Larry Casby and Christopher Casby. Burial took place at the Big River Cemetery, Irondale, Missouri. Services were entrusted to the care and drection of the Moore Funeral Home, 104 Oak Street, Irondale, Missouri.
