She was a proprietor of Show Boat Bar in St. Louis. Survivors include two brothers, George (wife Jeanette) Rulo, DeSoto and Lloyd Rulo, Blackwell, MO. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Jimmy Skaggs; three brothers, Jessie Oscar and Raymond Rulo and a sister, Mary Rulo. She was a member of St. Joachim Catholic Church, Old Mines. Funeral services were held at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, August 11, 2005 from Mahn Funeral Chapel, DeSoto, with Father Ted Pieper celebrating.
