Walsh of Potosi, Missouri, was born May 15, 1919 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, the daughter of the late Alphonsus J. and Rose Marie (Parish) Walsh. She departed this life Wednesday, January 4, 2006 at the Washington county Memorial Hospital in Potosi, Missouri having reached the age of eighty-six years, seven months, and twenty days. "Ree" as she was known by friends, is survived by one sister, Sue Geisler of Fairfield Glade, Tennessee. She was preceded in death by her parents. Visitation was held Friday, January 6, 2006 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Moore Funeral Home in Potosi, Missouri. Funeral services were held on Friday, January 6, 2006 at 8:00 p.m. at the Moore Memorial Chapel, Potosi, Missouri with Father George Galovich officiating. Burial took place Saturday, January 7, 2006 at 1:00 p.m. in St. Mary's Cemetery, Moberly, Missouri.
