Haverstick, 65, Manchester, MO was born September 2, 1940 at Old Mines, MO, daughter of the late Clifford and Victoria Mary (Coleman) Pinson and died Saturday, January 7, 2005 at deGreeff Hospice House, St. Louis. Mrs. Haverstick had worked at DeSoto Shoe Factory and was also a waitress at Summit Cafe, DeSoto. Survivors include two daughters; Shelia Bowlin and Dean Schweigert, Manchester, MO and Sherrie Haverstick and Dave Allen, Arnold, MO; five brothers, Martin "Manny" (wife Alberta) Pinson and Joseph "Pal" (Eleanor) Pinson, DeSoto; June (Rosalie) Pinson, Potosi; John (Cheryle) Pinson, Cadet and Don (Marilyn) Pinson, DeSoto; a sister, Rose Ann Pratt, Clayton, NC; one grandchild, Jonathan Haverstick; other relatives and friends. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Teresa Lucas. She was a member of St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church, DeSoto. Funeral services were 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, January 11, 2006 at St. Rose Church with Father Ron Hopmeir and Father Thomas Bryon celebrating. Burial was in Calvary Cemetery, DeSoto. Memorials were suggested to the St. Gerard Majella, 1969 Daughtery Ferry Rd., Kirkwood, MO and the deGreef Hospice House, 10024 Kennerly Rd., St. Louis.
