She was born on May 17, 1948 at St. Louis, Missouri, a daughter of the late Virgil and Goldie (Melton) Richards. She was united in marriage to George Allen Wideman May 19, 1989 and Mr. Wideman preceded her in death on March 12, 1992. She is survived by two sons, Kevin Revelle and wife Robin of Potosi and James Revelle of Potosi; a daughter, Tammy Revelle of Cadet; a very long-time special friend, Terry Harmon; two step-sons, Keith Wideman and Kurt Wideman; a step-daughter, Kim Wideman; two sisters, Kathy Blair and husband Mike of Ebo and Ava Boyer and husband Mike of Cadet; three brothers, Larry Richards and wife Charlene of Potosi; Gary Richards and wife Jan of Cape Girardeau and Terry Richards and wife Jane of Potosi Lake; eight grandchildren; nieces; nephews and many other relatives and friends who will sadly miss her. Funeral services were conducted Sunday, January 15, 2006 at 2:00 p.m. at the Britton Chapel, Potosi, Missouri with Rev. Barbara Stark officiating. Serving as pallbearers were Christopher Richards, Brian Richards, R.J. Richards, Michael Boyer, Virgil Richards and Phillip Oeth. Interment and final prayers were held at the Sunset Hill Cemetery, Potosi. All arrangements were entrusted to the care and direction of the Britton Funeral Home of Potosi.
