Born April 22, 1905, in Irondale, Mo. he was the son of the late William and Alice (nee Wallen) Sago. He was a parts man at an auto repair shop. Survivors include his wife, Hattie E. (nee Forshee); a son, Darrell G. Sago, Festus; a daughter, Mrs. James Dunham, Hematite; three brothers, Lawrence of Desloge, John of Anderson, Indiana; and Alvin, Flat River; five sisters, Pearl Scott, Potosi, Bertha Sago, Frankclay, Mo., Ruth Eaton, Leadwood, Edna Hill, St. Louis, and Thelma Neubrand, Desloge; seven grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
