Germaine, while her death certificate lists Marion Boyer & Francis Mosy. Could there be another Rose Boyer?? He was born February 22, 1830 in MO ( tombstone date) Aptus, WA Co., MO, and died April 06, 1904 in St. Clair, Franklin Co., MO (home of JB Rutledge).
