He is survived by sons, Pearl Skaggs, Jr., Mineral Point, Tommy Skaggs, House Springs, Eddie Skaggs, St. Louis, Steven Skaggs, St. Louis, Mark Skaggs, Old Mines; daughters, Lorraine Stringer, Mineral Point, Janette Williams, Cedar Hill, Cathy Batson, Cadet, Neoma Hedrick, Salem; brothers Percy Skaggs, Mineral Point and Glenwood Skaggs, Mineral Point; twenty grandchildren and twenty-nine great grandchildren. Visitation 5 to 8 p.m., Thursday, March 23, 2006 at Britton Funeral Home. Funeral services Friday, March 24, 2006 at 2 p.m. at the Britton Chapel, Potosi, Missouri. Interment in New Diggins Cemetery.
