Abrams of Rt. 1, Mineral Point, Mo. passed away February 25, 1981 in St. Anthony's Hospital, St. Louis, Mo., at the age of 66 years, 7 months and 24 days. He was born July 1, 1914 in Tulsa, Oklahoma, a son of the late Sam and Sarah (Huskey) Abrams. He was united in marriage to to Mildred Neurouth on June 16, 1934 in St. Louis, Mo., and two sons were born to this union. Mr. Abrams was preceded in death by two brothers, Orville Abrams and Sam Abrams and a brother-in-law Walter Mueller. Those who remain to mourn his passing from this life are: his loving and devoted wife, Mildred Abrams, Rt. 1, Mineral Point; two sons, Harold R. Abrams of Morton, Illinois and Eugene W. Abrams of Imperial, Mo.; one sister, Dorothy (Mrs. Harvey Masson) of Mineral Point; one half sister, Marie Mueller of Frankclay; one half brother, Sylvester LaChance of Rt. 1, Mineral Point; two sisters-in-law, Opal Abrams, Rt. 1, Mineral Point and Mamie Abrams of Ottoville; four grandchildren and many other relatives and friends. Funeral services were conducted at 2 p.m., Monday, March 2 at Sparks Chapel, Potosi, with Rev. G. A. Green officiating. Interment was at Sunset Hills Cemetery, Rt. 1, Potosi, under the direction of the Britton Bros. (Sparks) Funeral Home of Potosi Posted in the Independent Journal, Potosi, Mo.
