He was born on July 25, 1963 at St. Louis, Missouri, a son of Frances (Poll) Barnett and the late James H. Barnett. In addition to his father, James was preceded in death by his brother, David Vincent Barnett. Those who remain to mourn the passing of his life are his mother, Frances Barnett of St. Louis; brother Daniel Barnett of St. Louis; sister Aestella Barnett of St. Louis; nieces, nephews and many other relatives and friends who will sadly miss him. A graveside service was held Friday, January 27, 2006 at 11:00 a.m. at the New Masonic Cemetery in Potosi. Arrangements were entrusted to the care of the Britton Funeral Home of Potosi.
