She was a homemaker. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Leo Battreal; four brothers, Fred, Gene, Otis and John Harper and four sisters, Leatha Washburn, Edna Eye, Ella Harmon and Jessie Pinson. Funeral services were held at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, February 2, 2006 from Dietrich-Mothershead Chapel, DeSoto, with Rev. Brian Law officiating. Burial was in Woodlawn Cemetery, DeSoto, MO.
