(Adams) Saunchegraw. He departed this life Friday, February 3, 2006 at his home at the age of sixty-six years, three months and thirteen days. Kenneth is survived by his father, Lester Saunchegraw of Bonne Terre, Missouri; wife, Virginia Saunchegraw of Potosi; one son, Randy Saunchegraw and wife Brenda of Monroe, Georgia; one daughter, Shea of Lilburn, Georgia; one sister, Nancy McGeorge of Nebraska; four brothers, Jerry Saunchegraw of Cuba, Missouri; Mike Saunchegraw and fiance' Cyndee of St. Louis, Missouri; Darrell Saunchegraw of St. Louis and Mark Saunchegraw and wife Helen of Hopewell; two grandchildren and by many other relatives and dear friends. Kenneth had served this great country in the United States Army. He enlisted on February 21, 1958 in St. Louis, Missouri and was honorably discharged on February 20, 1961. During his term, Kenneth was a fire fighter and served in the Third Army Area. Kenneth was dedicated to serve and continued his service in the field of Law Enforcement. He worked for the Washington County Sheriff's Department as a road deputy and as a court bailiff and then as Chief of Police at Appleton City, Missouri. Kenneth enjoyed horseback riding and traveling throughout the area. A memorial visitation was held Tuesday, February 7, 2006 from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at the Moore Funeral Home, Potosi, Missouri. A memorial service was held Tuesday, February 7, 2006 at 7:00 p.m. at the Moore Memorial Chapel, Potosi, Missouri with Rev. Guy Conway officiating. Services were entrusted to the care and direction of the Moore Funeral Home, 105 Clark Street, Potosi, Missouri. Independent Journal, Potosi, MO, Thursday, February 16, 2006
