My grandmother was Lattie Beatrice Turnbull, daughter of James John Turnbull, son of Catherine Fea and William Grant Turnbull. I have hit the brick wall with William Grant Turnbull. My grandfather was Clark Harper, son of John A Harper and Amanda Rebecca Bouse, John A was the son of John A Harper and Phoebe Harman. The Turnbull and Harper families did intermarry, Clark's sister married Lattie's brother.
