He was born to Marti Blair on April 28, 2005 weighting 1 lb. and 9 oz, and 11 inches long. Coltin was preceded in death by his grandmother, Virginia Kelley and great-grandparents, Frank and Wilma Marler. Those who remain to mourn his passing include his mother, Marti (Kelley) Blair; two sisters, Amanda and Carissa Blair, all of Potosi; grandparents Jim and Estlee Kelley of Potosi; great grandmother, Alice Barton of Potosi; cousins, aunts, uncles and many other relatives and friends who will sadly miss this precious child. Graveside services were conducted at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, June 8, 2005 at the New Diggins Cemetery, Mineral Point Route, with Rev. Jim Kelley officiating.
