He departed this life Tuesday, June 14, 2005 at Barnes Jewish Medical Center in St. Louis, MIssouri, having reached the age of fifty years, nine months and seven days. Donnie is survived by his mother, Martha Joanna Price of Irondale; friend, Linda M. Farris of Arcadia, MIssouri, and daughter, Mary Rebecca Farris-Price of Arcadia; two brothers, Bobby Joe Price of Irondale and Casey Lynn Price of Ebo, Missouri; very good friends, Steve Skaggs of Potosi, and Al Turley of Farmington, Missouri. Donnie was preceded in death by his father, Louis Donald Price, Sr.; wife, Donna Kay (Rion) Price, and son, Kevin Farris-Price. Donnie was a very well known and respected man in his community as a Sheriff's Deputy for thirty-two years. He loved his work in law enforcement. He enjoyed taking trips of all types sightseeing and taking in the many gifts of Mother Nature. Donnie also liked hunting, fishing, swimmng and playing lottery games. Donnie will be greatly missed by his family and friends. A graveside memorial service was held Monday, June 20, 2005 at 10:00 a.m. at Big River Cemetery, Irondale, Missouri. Burial took place at Big River Cemetery, irondale, Missouri. Services were entrusted to the care and direction of the Moore Funeral Home, 105 Clark Street, Potosi, Missouri.
