He departed this life Thursday, June 16, 2005 at his residence in Hopewell, having reached the age of 51 years, 4 months and 15 days. Mike is survived by his parents, Freddie and Betty Skiles, Hopewell; brother, Charles (wife Patsy) Skiles, Hopewell; four sons, Michael (Carisa) Skiles, Old Mines, Timothy Skiles, Potosi, Travis Skiles, Hopewell and Jeremy Skiles, Union, Missouri; a daughter, Jessica Skiles, Union, Missouri; six grandchildren and other relatives and friends. A graveside memorial service was held Sunday, June 16, 2005 at Hopewell Cemetery. Cremation arrangements were entrusted to Coplin Funeral Home of Park Hills, Missouri.
