Pirtle, 87, Fredericktown was born May 18, 1918 in Fredericktown a daughter of the late Christopher and Mary M. (Rion) Wiegenstein and died Saturday, October 1, 2005 at Potosi. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Troy Pirtle, a son, Michael Pirtle, a great grandchild, Audrey Keinrath, four brothers and six sisters. Survivors include Richard (Dick) Pirtle and wife Connie, St. James; a daughter, Mary Campbell and husband Gerald, Potosi; three grandchildren, Tracy Keinrath and husband Peters, St. Peters; Todd Pirtle, St. Louis and Jennifer Campbell, Potosi; two great-grandchildren, Lydia and Anna Keinrath, St. Peters; a sister, Marie O'Connor, Tullahoma, Tennessee; other relatives and many friends. Funeral mass was held at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, October 5, 1005 at St. Michael's Catholic Church, Fredericktown with Rev. Bill Stanton celerating. Burial was in St. Michael's Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers were: Roy Roberts, David Ward, Raymond Skaggs, Mike East and Godfrey Walman. Arrangements were by Follis & Sons Funeral Home, Fredericktown.
