(Harper) Pinson and died Thursday, March 9, 2006 at Jefferson Memorial Hospital, Crystal City. She was a homemaker. She was married to Joseph Curtis "Curt" Thebeau, who preceded her in death. She was a member of First Baptist Church, DeSoto. Survivors include a daughter, Carolyn (husband Steve) Sloan, DeSoto; a son, Jim (wife Teel) Thebeau, Cedar Rapids, Iowa; a brother, Stanly Pinson, Cadet; a sister, Shirley Reando, DeSoto; four grandchildren, Chad Sloan, Jamie Sloan, Alexis Thebeau and Brett Thebeau; two great grandchildren, Logan Yancey and Zachary Sloan; other relatives and friends. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by three brothers, Don, Sam and John H. "Abe" Pinson, and four sisters, Lorene Baker, Thelma O'Hanlon, Margaret Smith and Grace Lucas. Funeral services were held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, March 11, 2006 from Dietrich-Mothershead Chapel, DeSoto, with Rev. Jeremy Maniz officiating. Burial was in Calvary Cemetery, DeSoto. In lieu of flowers, donations were suggested to DeSoto Food Pantry. Arrangements were by Dietrich-Mothershead Funeral Home, Desoto. Independent Journal, Potosi, MO, Thursday, March 16, 2006
