Tisher, 83, of Park Hills passed away Tuesday, March 14, 2006 at Mineral Area Hospital. He was born May 24, 1922 at Hickman, KY. Preceded in death by parents, Isaac Joseph Tisher and Anna Higgerson Tisher; brother, Jack and sisters, Sue Adcock, Lucille and Keene. Survived by wife, Ruby Bailey Tisher, Park Hills, MO; three children, Pamela (Mrs. Gary) Brownfield, St. Louis; Ralph (Mrs. Lori) Tisher, Hermann, MO, Ron and wife Regina Tisher, Park Hills; five grandchildren and one great-grandchildren; four sisters, Dora Ella Miget, Jackson, Marie Viola of Jackson, Maxie Ann Ritter of Osage Beach; also nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was a member of Esther Baptist Church; member of Masonic Lodge 461; World War II Veteran. Visitation will be at the Horton-Wampler Funeral Home after 5:30 p.m. Thursday. Services for Joseph Tisher will be at 10 a.m. Friday at the Esther Baptist Church with Rev. LeRoy Wakefield. Burial will be at the Dogwood Cemetery in East Praire, MO. Masonic Service Thursday at 7 p.m.
